Processing Time
Each of our designs are generally made to order. Allow up to 3 business days for us to craft your object before shipping. If the item is stock it will ship in 1-3 business days.
If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Domestic Online Orders
All orders ship from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA.
Domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) ship via USPS.
All domestic (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) jewelry purchases over $50 are eligible for free USPS first class shipping (2-5 days).
Contactless Pick-Up from BOK (1901 S 9th street) is available during check out. If this option is selected, we will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.
International Online Orders
All international orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS and are final sale.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Customers are responsible for taxes, tariffs, and fees. Uh–Huh is not responsible for items held at customs. We recommend tracking your order diligently using the tracking number provided via email.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Postage incurred will be borne by us. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from order fulfillment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
